All our healthcare professionals are carefully screened and selected based on the following criteria:

• ✔Current license with Minnesota Department of Health.
• ✔Employment eligibility verification and corresponding documentation establishing identity and work authorization.
• ✔Criminal background checks and annual verification that employee is not on Office of Inspector General (OIG) list of excluded individuals or Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
• ✔Verification of recent work references.
• ✔Satisfactory results on TB test, as applicable to position.
• ✔Current BLS/CPR certification for nurses.
• ✔Recent performance evaluations.
• ✔Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination or declination.
• ✔Other immunizations as required by Client.
• ✔Completion of annual regulatory training such as HIPAA, OSHA, Dementia, etc.
• ✔Minimum experience threshold: 6 months for NARs, 1 year for nurses.
